Reserve is a medium roast coffee. This coffee is hand picked by our roast master. It is picked from small farms and is normally a single origin. Samples are ordered roasted and tested to make sure it is a special high quality coffee. The coffee must be picked at the ripe season of the cherry and of uniform size. We only get small amounts and when it runs out we go on another journey to find that next special coffee to roast for Reserve.
