Carbon is a blended coffee roasted to a city roast. Carbon was made for one of our local residential builders so they could give coffee to their new home owners. We liked it so much we added it in our line up. It was designed to be just a awesome cup of coffee that everyone would love. Smooth with mild acidity, nutty, chocolatey, and hints of brown spices.
